Question link (60 respondents) :
Problematic that we found
The problem:
Jennifer :
-
Unable to identify the ingredients from the name of the drink
Angel:
-
For better dine-in experiences and to save time
-
Not familiar with the ingredients (Unique naming and no picture available)
We conducted a survey and created empathy maps to understand
the users and fulfill their needs (60 respondents). A primary user group identified through research
was people interested in or often going to a café.
This user group confirmed initial assumptions about Byou Café customers, but research
also revealed that customers often wonder about the contents of a drink in a coffee shop.
Other user problems included lactose intolerant, long queues that make it
difficult to find a reliable florist especially to send it to other unfamiliar areas
Conclusion :
According to the survey, customized coffée has the market, and the problem regarding allergy from the survey can support our main idea. Therefore, we choose this as our case study project
